Origin of the Company Name
XON does not emphasize on numbers and shape, but rather seizes the relationship between biology and ecology. XON brings changes, based on a DNA of entrepreneurship, with a Management based on the Cell Theory, developed through our harmony of the whole and the individual. We provide the environment with a proper supply of nutrients, so all individual cells can evolve independently and organically. We guide them towards a future which holds infinite possibilities. Through the original, flat and efficient management system, we build a robust economy and business environment similar to an unbreakable fiber. Thus, XON Holdings is an “IT Doctor/ General Hospital” that endeavors for the harmony and mutual prosperity of all the stakeholders.
The “X” in our company name is an unknown variable that represents the part of the whole in the expression “Holon” which itself is the combination of Greek words “Holos” (the whole) and “on” (an individual). Our motto is to bring in effect the group philosophy of balance and “harmony between the whole and the individual” and to implement the 21st century’s “Cell Theory based Management”.
- 【Holon】
- This concept represents the composition of a substance. Despite being a part, it has the functions and features of a whole and seeks balance with the whole (hierarchy). It is a whole and a part simultaneously. For example, the cells in the body, whilst having the features of a whole body, act together as a whole; so it can be called a “Holon”, organs, etc. (it composes a holonic system, is an autonomous body and an element that mutually cooperates with other Holons; it may indicate a human, organization or any other abstract business activities aswell). In 1967, the philosopher Arthur Koestler in his book “The Ghost in the Machine”, presented the term Holon which is the combination of Greek word “holos”, meaning the whole, and the suffix “on”, representing an individual. Since 1970, it has been used as a philosophical term containing the meaning of “a whole body with in a larger whole body”.
- 【hierarchy】
- Hierarchy refers to a class based system or a pyramid shaped organization structure. Originally, it was the dominant structure of the clergy. It originated from the fact that the former Catholic Church and Eastern Orthodox Church had a “hierarchical” organization. Nowadays it is often used to indicate similarly structured companies.
- 【X】
- X represents an unknown quantity (amount, people), a variable, the X-axis, a zoom factor, internal phone line, the sum of 9 and 1, a problem spot, etc. 「1」means the number 1, a single one, one person. The number represents the smallest positive integer, the number after the zero and before the two.
Purpose of the Establishment of the Holdings Company
In response to the traditional high-risk management, rather than to consolidate the management foundation towards expansive self-reliant scale, our aim is to achieve permanent growth, and a value added business cycle that focuses on the management system’s “Quality”, “Efficiency” and “Percentage”. Our strategy is to bring the paradigm shift of 21st century’s SMEs business management through conceptual of ideas and research done with our business partners and stakeholders who are attached to through a relationship of trust and respect. With IT as a key concept, we combine specialties of member IT companies to solve the SMEs’s problems to be a major “IT Doctor/General Hospital”. Through the given degree of freedom, added value and synergies of group management, we provide total services of diagnosis, treatment, prevention, prescription to be able to adapt to the development in IT.

The Power of the Holonic • Balance
The holonic has the power of making the virtual image created by a person’s infinite imagination a reality. Also, it makes it possible to change the latent potential of a person which is supposed to exceed 90% to the real potential. This is because a type of unimaginable power lies in there. “A person” demonstrates his special abilities and through their ripple effect retains his balance. The continuation of such effect brings about added value and synergies which can be connected to the future with infinite possibilities, a wider vision and achievement of goals.
